TRAINING

Fylde Community Link is committed to providing an ongoing training and development plan for all staff and volunteers which includes the training required by the regulatory body. We take pride in training all staff to a high level. The training starts with:

  • Introduction to the Company

  • LDQ Induction

  • Moving and Handling

  • Basic First Aid

  • Food Hygiene

  • Communication

  • Medication


Registered for NVQ 2 after completion of foundation in Year 1. We have specific training to enable staff to meet the needs of our service users as and when required.
