We ensure that our staff have the right skills, qualifications, experience and knowledge to support people.  We undertake safeguard and identity checks on all new staff before they commence employment with us and we train our staff to a high standard so that they can deliver quality support.

We ensure that staff follow the organisation's policies and procedures and we undertake regular reviews, support sessions and appraisals with staff to check that they are carrying out their role competently and professionally.
