OUR SERVICES
Fylde Community Link is a community based non-profit making organisation in the Fylde, whose purpose is to provide an excellent support service for people with learning disabilites.We can provide residential care for those with health or mobility problems and we can cater for people with challenging behaviour. We can also provide domiciliary support either in your own home or in a supported tenancy.
