Decisions around suitability for shortlisting / interview for a post will be based on your application form. It is important that you complete this fully and relate it to the requirements of the job as far as possible.
We are not able to accept CVs unless the job advert specifically states that CVs will be accepted.
This document describes the roles and responsibilities of the job. It will describe the main purpose of the job and will list the tasks and duties which you will be expected to perform if you are appointed. You should refer to the Job Description when completing the section entitled "Supplementary Information" on the application form in order to explain how you meet the requirements of the post. Please give specific examples of your knowledge, skills and experience rather than just putting "I meet all the requirements of the post".
You will need to provide details of two referees, one of whom must be your current or, if you are not currently employed, your most recent employer. The second referee should also be from a previous employer. If this is not possible please provide a personal reference - this should not be from a Fylde Community Link employee, a relative or person who only knows you as a friend. Ensure that the referees you provide know your capabilities and can comment on your reliability.
