Fylde Community Link is a company limited by guarantee which is registered in Cardiff as company number 3017303 and a registered charity number 1045039.Based on the Fylde Coast, with our Registered Office at 19 Church Road, Lytham, FY8 5LH, we provide support to adults with learning disabilities in a number of residential homes, supported living situations and via domiciliary support.
We offer support services for adults with learning disabilities within Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre and can also provide a service for people who in addition have physical disabilities and / or sensory impairments.
Fylde Community Link is a community based non-profit making agency in the Fylde, whose purpose is to provide an excellent support service for people with Learning Disabilities based on the principles of Valuing People
